feat: add local-first private AI digest workflow

Migrate app code into canonical feature slices, add phone-only AI digest scheduling and review, wire local notification/background task support, and cover the flow with tests.

+- `domain/moment_models.dart`: stored moment model.
+- `presentation/moments_view.dart`: moments UI and quick capture paths.

+Moments are still simpler than structured facts. They are good for fast manual
