Migrate app code into canonical feature slices, add phone-only AI digest scheduling and review, wire local notification/background task support, and cover the flow with tests.

App State
local_data_state.dart is the aggregate snapshot that the prototype persists.
Treat it as composition, not as a domain home. New models should usually be added in a feature slice first, then referenced from the aggregate state if the prototype store needs them persisted.
